We are increasingly using google classroom as a tool for our students’ learning. To varying degrees, we record more and more of our students’ learning on google classroom posts. We are also able to set homework tasks that students can access in electronic form at home on their devices. We are also able to invite you as guardians to view what homework tasks have been set for your child, including a date for the work to be completed by. Where students are working in a google classroom you can also view that work and the interactions between your child and their teacher.
This week we have spent time ensuring that all parents of pupils Y5 -11 have been invited to the various classrooms that your child is a member of. If you have received an invitation you will need to respond in order to access the classroom.
Please familiarise yourself with this technology and means of communicating.
If you have any questions you could follow the link below to find out how to work with google classroom as a parent/guardian.
