Week starting: Monday 19th June 2017

This half term is always a favourite with students as it involves a lot of visits, treats and celebrations.

Monday

  • Y9/10 students to Holland.. Year 9/10 will spend a week with young people from Liverpool Christian Fellowship School and the Jacobus Fruytier School in Apeldoorn, Holland. We have had a strong association with this school for the past 11 years. Students from Apeldoorn visited us last year and the second half of the exchange sees our students enjoying time in Holland. Monday will be spent on a tour of Amsterdam visiting museums and enjoying the sights of the city. The programme is based around the theme of past, present and future and involves a curriculum of Science, History and Art as well as a sports afternoon including kayaking and a barbeque.

Our students will arrive home early on Friday 23rd June. They will be accompanied on the visit by Mr Walker and Mrs Bate.
