Welcome

A School for Parents

Parents get just one opportunity to raise their children.

We want to work with parents who make the most of their opportunity to invest their time, energy and values into the raising of their children.

The school draws families from the wider Christian community in Bradford as well as working with families who are not Christian but who are in agreement with our aims as a school.

The first of Bradford Christian School's aims is to partner with parents as they fulfil their responsibility to bring up their children in the knowledge of God. Biblically, responsibility for raising children rests with parents; not the school, not the church and not with central government, though all can make provision to help with this task.

As a school we aim to encourage, support, challenge and equip parents in their role as parents.

We provide a supportive environment which complements the aims and values of the home. As a Christian community pupils experience what it means to be part of a city wide expression of the body of Christ. Exposing young people to a bigger expression of the Christian community has a positive effect on their development as young Christians.

We encourage parents to stand with us in faith for the finances of the school, in order to make the school available to as many parents who desire the education that our unique vision offers.
