3/2/2010 - Online learning for the future
Online learning is flourishing at Bradford Christian School and this was demonstrated recently with some excellent reviews by Year 9 set 1 of The Four Fists by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The work was part of Mr Moon's English curriculum and was submitted online for marking.

I thought that Four Fists was really intersting (sic). It was a short story with alot of lessons to teach us. Basically the main character, Samuel, learns an important lesson every time he gets punched in the face. He realises what it is he did wrong and also the ways he can change that. It's interesting because in life sometimes you need a bit of a slap, maybe not literally but metaphorically. Like, you need to suddenly realsie (sic) what you're doing and whether it's actually a good idea, and for Samuel he needed a physical punch in the face to realise his mistakes.
