The Role:

We are looking to recruit a teacher for Years 3 and 4, we are seeking to appoint a teacher of mainly Maths and English to join our existing team, teaching a maximum of 12 students. This is a superb opportunity to teach a Primary Curriculum with Christian Values in a warm, loving and welcoming environment with small class sizes.

Hours: 1 role Part Time, 4 to 5 mornings per week

Salary: £19, 700 – £20,600 pro rata, depending upon experience.

The Primary Department seeks to create a friendly and inviting learning environment where students feel valued and are able to develop through carefully planned activities. Children should know that they are loved and are precious in God’s sight. The teachers and support staff seek to develop good relationships with children and mentor their social and spiritual development as well as their academic progress. Children are also taught to respect each other and the adults who work with them.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and abide by our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy. As part of the interview process applicants will be asked at least one question relating to safeguarding children. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check and new staff will complete this application once they have accepted the role. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
