Our children have thrived at BCS. The care of the staff is so evident in so many areas. This is a community where each child is celebrated for who they are, not just what they are expected to be. We are so grateful as parents to have found such diverse and welcoming environment.

Where do we start!? My son was accepted by the BCS family right from the word go. Mrs Horton came to see my son at his junior school and I could see at that point after meeting Mrs Horton that this was exactly the place for him to go. He was nurtured over the next 5 years, 2 of those years included the pandemic. This didn't stop the kindness, care and support to guide him through his studies. This also didn't stop at my son because no matter what there was always a line of fantastic communication for us as parents. This school and all the staff are the epitome of inclusiveness, kindness, togetherness, joy, hope and love. My son has received so much support both educational and pastoral which has allowed him to develop into the lovely young man he has become. Would could only have dreamt for this when we first received the news of the challenges he would probably have to face, but he has amazed us all with resilience and attitude to his studies. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for everyone's support and love shown to all of us. You are all amazing and should be very proud as we are for all the fantastic hard work and love.

So great to be part of school where every child and parent really matter. It’s not just a school it’s a community, one I have been so grateful for since my little one joined in nursery 4 and a half years ago. She feels like she belongs and that’s so important. We really love the ethos of the school. It’s a diverse, inclusive, vibrant, shinning community where each child is celebrated. I really like that it’s much smaller classes and focused learning. The teachers absolutely go the extra mile and you can genuinely see on a daily basis how much they care about the kids.

It is just incredible to read how responsive and appropriately managed the school is - I genuinely dream of owning a school like this one day. The approaches used by staff, strategies and techniques are absolutely brilliant and I wish all children had access to such high-quality education. MY CHILD is developing amazingly well in the setting and the strategies demonstrate just what can be achieved when the right environment and provision is in place.
