    Fountains Church - Bradford

    Dear friends,

Our Civic Celebration at Fountains Church Bradford is just a few weeks away. As many of you may  know, it's been quite a journey transforming four abandoned nightclubs into a church and hub for the city. Our beautiful building on Glydegate Square now hosts two auditoriums,
a cafe and hub, and we can't wait to share it with the whole community of Bradford!

Join us on Thursday 26 September at 6pm for drinks and canapes as we celebrate the completion of our renovation works. You'll have a chance to hear the Fountains story, meet the team and explore our beautiful building.

    Please RSVP via this
link to confirm your attendance, and do feel free to bring guests.

    You can find us at:

    Fountains Church Bradford,

    Glydegate Square,

    Bradford,

    BD5 0BQ

Further event information will follow shortly before the event. If you have any queries, please let me know.

We look forward to seeing you there!

    Headteacher's Message

    Our Mission

To provide a holistic Christian education for all and to inspire discipleship.

    Our Vision

To be a Christian community in which everyone grows in character, faith, knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

The start of term is always a fresh start, with new uniforms and shoes, big blazers, full stationery sets, and determination to work hard.

It also brings anxiety for some, their freedom of six weeks summer holiday has ended, exams are closer, class make up changes, staff change, and timetables look different.

We are a small school, where children can be known well. We have a student support team to help our vulnerable young people, a counsellor who makes time for everyone, and relatively small teaching groups. Staff articulate a calling to Christian education, and commit to praying for your families. A group of parents commit to praying for our school and supporting us with our mission and vision. Two parents (one of whom now has adult children who have long since left) and a governor are supporting our residentials this term, for which I am very grateful.

I am privileged to work in this Christian community in which everyone grows in character, faith, knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

    Jane Prothero

    Headteacher, BCS

Thank you for your continued support of Bradford Christian School

    Have a blessed Weekend
