Foodbank Harvest collection - The Weigh in!
Dear All at Bradford Christian School,
Thank you so so much for finding time out of your hugely busy schedule to organise a food collection at your school for us!! Thank you for adding in this project to your work life and making it happen! Please find attached a certificate for you.
We are so blown away by the generosity of pupils, staff and parents who made the collection possible.
Bradfiord Christian School collected 73.3KG which provide 110 meals for hungry families in Bradford. Children like James* whose mum told me she needed the foodbank to feed her children. We are fed over 1500 people in September and we need all the food we can get to make it happen.

Thank you to everyone who brought in food last week.
Classroom restoration
[UPDATE] We've managed to re-fit new timbers, new external board, new insulation and internal plaster board along with a fresh coat of paint. There's still a long way to go. Please pray the weather holds off so we can finish next week.
Mr Peckover and Mr McGrail have been removing rotten overboards and structural timbers on the portacabin classrooms in order to make them warm and water tight this winter. These portacabins were from the original Church On The Way site when Mr Moon founded the school in 1993, they have served us well! Please pray for Gods provision for something as a replacment in the near future.

A huge thank you to our BCS community
Hi everyone,

A Round of Applause for our PTFA!
Our fantastic PTFA are such a wonderful bunch of people, and we're so grateful for the energy and fun they bring to our school.
A huge thank you to everyone who baked, sold, or bought cakes at the recent after-school cake sale – it was a brilliant success!
Pop this in your diary now: The team is already busy planning our amazing Christmas Fayre for Saturday, 22nd November! We can't wait to see you all there for some festive fun.
We're also really excited to see them partnering up with Mrs Walker and our brilliant Student Council on plans for a Middle School Movie Night! More details will follow soon, but it’s this kind of fantastic collaboration that makes our community so special.
And thanks to Mrs Dlamini who is re starting parent prayer. Please join her to pray for our school and our children.

It's also been wonderful to welcome a number of visitors into school who have generously given their time to speak to our students, sharing their knowledge and experiences. A huge thank you to them!
We also had a beautiful Harvest Assembly, and we’re so grateful to Mrs Hutton for leading us in a time of reflection and thanksgiving.
And the excitement doesn't stop, as we're all looking forward to the Story Telling Festival happening right here in school next week!
Our Governors and Staff
We also want to give a massive shout-out to our brilliant Governors who volunteer so much of their time to support and guide our school. And, of course, a huge general thank you to all our amazing staff who work tirelessly every single day to nurture and inspire our children in everything they do.
It's All About Our Mission
Everything you do helps us live out why we are here. As a school, we are always working towards our mission and vision:
Our mission is to provide a holistic Christian education for all and to inspire discipleship.
Our vision is to be a Christian community in which everyone grows in character, faith, knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
This is rooted in God's word, inspiring us to help our children be like 'a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season' (Psalm 1:3) and to grow 'in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man' (Luke 2:52), just like Jesus did.
Your support helps us make this vision a reality every single day. Thank you for partnering with us in growing lives that bear fruit.
