    Headteacher's Message

    Our Mission

To provide a holistic Christian education for all and to inspire discipleship.

    Our Vision

To be a Christian community in which everyone grows in character, faith, knowledge, understanding and wisdom.

Today I want to say thank you to our praying community. I would like to share some testimonies with you.
I am handing the whole tax situation to God, as I know our school is important for our families, and think we do a great job with our children. Our budget is balanced for this financial year, we have been able to award a high number of fee reductions and bursaries, and we are not worried.
In the last week we have enrolled a number of children in spaces available across school. This is an answer to prayer, and we don't take our new families for granted. So thanks for praying for us.
Our focus for improvement this year is sharing the pockets of excellence we have around BCS. Our inspectors identified excellent teachers, and we are now sharing the skills. I am grateful for the professional conversations, the positive learning walks, the growth in our teaching team, and the commitment to school improvement. Thanks for praying for us.
This week Miss Hutcheson and Mrs Bullen led the first session for Year 8 Bar Mitzvah parents - a legacy of the marvellous Mr Moon. They are wonderful, and I am grateful that these amazing ladies have kept this programme alive. Thanks for praying for them.
Next week Year 7 and 8 travel to London with Mrs March, Mrs Taylor, Mr White and Mrs Spence - please pray for them!
