8:40am - Student Gate opened (small gate)

All Parents should avoid entering through the main gate. If you need to speak to the office or a member of staff, first drop your child(ren) at the Student gate then go to the main office (signed).

EYFS parents can continue to enter through the small side gate into the EYFS playground (yellow).

Students must not enter the school building until a teacher brings them inside. If it is raining, please stay in cars where possible. 

8:55: School day starts / class registration

15:30: EYFS, Primary, Middle, Upper day ends

15:30 - 16:30: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur - Study centre for years 5-11. (Ask your child's form teacher for more information)

Parents are requested to contact the school office by telephone, e-mail or text message on every day of absence.

Failure to do so results in an unauthorised absence, which is noted in the register.

Absence and Holidays in Term Time

If your child is ill and going to be absent we ask parents to contact the school office on the first day. If a message is not received before 10am a member of staff may call you to enquire about the absence. If a child is absent for more than 5 days or is persistently absent due to illness we may ask parents for additional information provided by a medical professional. This will support the reasons for the absence and enable us to support your child on return and any on-going needs.
